For this feature to work, you need to have a Fax Server associated with your Voipcom Voice portal account. Check this by doing the following:

1. Accessing https://voice.voipcom.network
2. Click on Fax Menu option at the top
3. When this page opens, if you have a Valid FAX account you will see your fax number in the corner.
4. Your email address associated with your phone account also needs to be correct (open a ticket with support to confirm)

Once you have confirmed these settings you are ready to go.

How to Send a Fax From Email

• Compose an email to 11DigitPhonenumber@vfax.voipcom.network
  
  • Example: 14805551212@vfax.voipcom.network
• Attach the a PDF file you wish to fax and hit Send
