How to install Ringotel Desktop App for Windows

Steps on how to download and install Ringotel desktop app.

1. Locate the "Welcome to your new softphone app" email from Ringotel. Please contact support if you are missing this welcome email or cant find it.
2. Within this email is a "Download app for Windows" icon, please press it as it will trigger a download.
3. Next we need to locate and launch the "Ringotel.exe" download. For chrome users, this can be located by clicking on the download arrow located in the top right hand corner. 


4. Windows security will prompt you for your permission to continue, please press "Yes" when you see this screen.


5. The install wizard will now appear. Here we need to press "next" until the wizard is satisfied and the software is installed.



6. Press finish to close out of the install wizard.

You have now successfully installed the Ringotel desktop app.

If the app does not load up automatically after the install please follow the steps below.
1. Open the windows start menu.
2. Conduct a search for "Ringotel"
3. Click on the first search result labeled "Ringotel"
