How To Install the Voipcom Mobile App

The Voipcom Mobile App allows you to use your desk extension from your mobile device.

Full Directions:

  1. Access the Voipcom Portal and log in.

2. Once Logged in Select "Phones"

3. Click "Voipcom Mobile" on the right hand side

4. A Window will open with 2 QR Codes, One if for IPhone, the other is for Android. Scan the Appropriate QR Code for your phone. You will be taken to the App/Play store and to our app. Please Install the App.

5. Once the app is installed. Simply Open the App and Log in with your credentials. This is the same username / password you use to access the Voipcom Portal. Please note if you do not have your login credentials please have your administrator contact support and open a ticket with us.
